Rushworth (Country) . . 4,385 Allen Bell (Reform) .. . • 3,911 Majority for Rushworth .. 474 The postal votes were distributed as followsßell, 67; Rushworth, 47. The absentee votes were: Rushworth, 127; Bell, 126. There were only 35 informal votes.
