EXCURSION TO WAIKATO.
ENTERTAINMENT ARRANGED

Arrangements for entertaining 300 iSouth Island farmers who arc expected to visit tho Waikato by special train during the progress of tho \Vaikato Winter Show were discussed at a. meeting of those interested yesterday. Mr. A. W. Wellsted, commercial agent for tho Railway Department, said tho party would arrive in Hamilton at 8.40 p.m. on Wednesday, May 29, and would spend the two succeeding days in tho district. Arrangements for billeting, visiting Arapuni, Cambridge. Ruakura, dairy factories, and the ilax plantations at Gordonton, were made.
