MORRINSVILLE GUN CLUB. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] MORRINSVILLE. Friday. Thero was a good attendance at tho annual meeting of tho Morrinsville Gun Club. Tho annual report showed that tho club team had won tho Drysdalo Cup and retained it against challenges ftom Hamilton and Thames. Tho balance-sheet showed a credit of .£ll. Election of officers resulted;— Patron, Mr. F. Lye, M.P.; president. Mr. M. J. Aitkon; vice-presidents, Messrs. M. Allen, F. Hawkins, T. Heeps, S. Parlour and W. Moffat; handicappers, Messrs. J. Fitt and C. M. McDavitt; secretary and treasurer, Mr. S. C. Parlour; auditor. Mr. F. A. Pickett; committee, Messrs T. Heep's, McDavitt, C. Thrupp, president and secretary; referees, Messrs. A. C. Parlour and T. Heeps. Tho opening shoot was fixed for April 27, when the principal event will be a £ls ' sweeD3tako.
