PASSAGE IN ARCADE.
CASE AT DUNEDIN. JUDGE RESERVES DECISION. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION. 1 DUNEDIN, Friday The hearing of the Royal Arcade case, which has occupied Mr. Justice Adams in the Supreme Court for five days, was concluded to-day. His Honor reserved his decision. The case is a claim by the AttorneyGeneral. acting for the Mayor, councillors and citizens of Dunedin, against the Arcade Company. The matter involved is whether the passageway through the arcade is private or public property. The action is a friendly one.
