LONDON COMPANY'S AFFAIRS.
CHARGE AGAINST DIRECTOR.

Tho former chairman of directors of Nersag, Limited, C. A. Brandreth, who is charged with tho conversion of £43,000 from the funds of tho company to his own use, appeared in tho Police Court to day and denied that ho was guilty.
The accused said ho was ill and was remanded until Saturday. The magistrate refused to grant bail.
