Hie Belgian Ambassador to Britain. Baron E. do Cartier do Marchieune, stated at a meeting of tho Belgian circle of the Lyceum Club last evening that an exhibition of English art is being prepared. It would be held in Brussels toward the end of this vrar.
■The exhibition is to bo on similar linos to those of the highly successful Flemish find Dutch art exhibitions held in London in the last two years.
