MAN TO PAY £3 11s COSTS.
Charges of failing on two occasions to tender his faro to a tram conductor were preferred against J. Wilson, of Edendalo, in tho Magistrate's Court yesterday. Mr. Mackay prosecuted on behalf of the Tramways Department. .
