Dr. and Mrs. G. H. Uttley have returned to the Wairarapa. Mrs. A. C. Lavington, o! Te Kuiti, is staying at the Hotel Cargen. Miss V. F. Mandeno has returned from a visit to the seaside. Mr. and Mrs. Selwyn D'Arcv, of Wanganui, are staying at Braeburn. Miss A. A. Aid red, of Christchurch, is staying at the Hotel Stonehurst. Dr. and Mrs. Watson have returned from a fishing holiday at Urupukapuka. Miss Melva Thomson, of Ran pi tot o Avenue, Remuera, has left for a visit to Wellington.

Miss Cicely O'Rorke, who has been staying at Braeburn, has returned to Christchurch. Mrs. F. Yonge and Mrs. B. Anderson, of Onehunga, are staying at Thorne s Bay, Milford. Miss M. Fisher, of Cambridge, is a visitor to Auckland and is staying at the Hotel Stonehurst. Captain and Mrs. Ballard have returned from a visit to Dargaville and are staying at Braeburn. Mrs. Robert McCracken, of Club Run, Lichfield, is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Sheath, of Symonds St. Miss D. and Miss L. Vickerman, of Wellington, are visitors to Auckland and are staying at the Hotel Stonehurst. Colonel and Mrs. Johnson, who have been staying at Braeburn, have left for the deep-sea fishing at Urupukapuka. Mr. and Mrs. F. S. Moorhouse and family, of Portland Road, have returned from a visit to Coromandel and Mercury Bay. Mrs. W. H. Whitelaw, of Arney Crescent, Remuera, returned to Auckland on Sunday from an extended visit to Wellington, Pahiatua and Wanganui, where she was respectively the guest of Mrs. A. Warburton, Mr. and Mrs. C. Arrow and Mrs. Rathbone.
