SAMOAN PRISONER.
CASE OF TAMASESE. Tho application for a writ of habeas corpus in the case of tho Sainoan prisoner, Tamasese, was mentioned to Mr. Justice Blair in tho Supreme Court yesterday, and tho request was made for a further clause to be added in the motion for a rule nisi. This was granted, and the matter will be heard this morning. It is understood that the time for hearing argument on the rule absolute will be fixed on Thursday*
