charges against two men. [I)Y TELEGKATH. —OWN* COHIt ESPOVDENT. ] FUKEKOHE, Monday. Illegal entry was rnado by sojuo person on Saturday afternoon to tho dwelling of Mr. E. G. Moncrief; .at tho corner of Prospect Terrace and tho Pukekoho-Bom-bay Road, Pukekohe, during tho abscnco of the occupants and two overcoats were stolen. Subsequently tho Pukekoho polico arretted Arthur William Colo and Thomas Scurrah, who appeared before Mr. C. K. Lawric, J.P., in tho Pukekoho Police Court this morning. Colo was charged with breaking and entering tho dwolling and stealing tho two overcoats. Scurrah was charged with receiving' an overcoat knowing it to have been dishonestly obtained.

On tho application of Sergeant Cowbii a remand until noxT Monday was granted, bail being fixed at £IOO in the case of' Cole and at £SO in tho caso of Scurrah.
