Australian and N.Z. Press Association. (Received January 23, 8.5 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 22. In a boxing bout at Manchester Len Johnson defeated "Sunny Jim" Williams on points. The loser had twice beaten Johnson in Australia.

In the billiards match Lindrum v. Newman the former's score (receives 3000) is 4141. Newman has scored 2669. Lindrum's best break to-day was 244 and Newman's 445 and 545.
