POLITICS IN BERLIN.
STRESEMANN AND PARTIES. POSITION OF THE SOCIALISTS. Australian and N.Z. Press Association. (Received November 26, 8.<15 p.m.) LONDON. Nov. 26. The Berlin correspondent of the Morning Post says tho German Foreign Minister, Uerr Strcsemann, addressed a meeting of the People's Party. He strongly objected to the suggestion that the Socialists should shoulder the sole responsibility of government because they had been victorious at tho general election.
]f the bourgeois parties refused tu cooperate they were to blame if tho Communists were strengthened, said Hcrr Stresemann. The bourgeois parties should foster the moderate elements of the Socialists, who were ready to co-operate with the People's Party. This would be a marriage of reason.
