AUSTRALIAN SHEEP.
SHIPMENT FOR RUSSIA. SYDNEY, Nov. 2G. Two thousand Merino sheep aro to bo shipped to Russia this week. They will includo 600 first flock ewes from Mr. Falkiner's Pladdonrig station, and 700 from Mr. Donald Grant's Bairnkino stud. Tho purchase was made by tho Textile Import Company, one of the largest woolbuying organisations in Russia. Already it has bought freely in the wool markets of Argentina, Australia and New Zealand, and for some years has been importing stud sheep from Argentina and the United States.
