EMPLOYERS TO APPEAL

United Service, BKItLIN. Nov. 55. The Provincial Labour Court at Duisburg tias reversed its decision to tho effect that the steclworkcrs' award was not binding. The employers now intend to appeal to the Supremo Labour Court. In consequence of this decision the Ruhr steelworks arc not expected to be reopened this year. This decision of the Court having been reversed the employers are faced with the payment of higher wages, which they have already stated cannot be borne by the industry.
