EXTENSION OF GUARANTEES. British \Vircle?s. RUGBY. Nov. 23. The llouso of Commons passed tho second reading of the Overseas Trade Bill. The object of the measure is to extend bv two years the period in which guarantees can bo given under tho export guarantees scheme, namely, until September, 1931.; and to extend by three years tho period in which guarantees already given can remain in force, namely, until September, 1936.
