Tho Australian pacer Torpedo Huon is being sent across from Sydney to compete at tho Auckland Trotting Club's meeting next month, uul is expected lo urrivo shortly. "Picador" saw Torpedo Huon win tho second division of tho Tramway Handicap (II miles) at Epping on September 18. On that occasion lie won handsomely of! a 3.27 mark in 3.21, but in tho Sydney Thousand tho following month was unplaced off tho samo mark in the second division, won by Talisman in 331.
