SECRETARY FOR WAR.
SEAT IN THE COMMONS. NEW CONSTITUENCY SOUGHT. (Received November 23, 9.13 p.m.) British Wireless. RUGBY. Nov. 23. The Secretary of State for War, Sir Laming Worthington-Evans, to-day announced to the Colchester Conservative Association his decision not to stand tor re-election for that constituency at the next general election. In his letter he says his health is not strong enough to enablo him to do his work as a Minister, and also look after a country constituency. It is understood that a sale seat is to be found for him nearer London.
