CAPSIZE OF A GIG.
OCCUPANTS THROWN OUT. [nv TELEGTUVH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] IN'VEIiCAROILL, Friday. .Am accident in which two elderly people wero concerned occurred this afternoon. A pip in which Mr. .and Mrs. Middlelon, of Otatara, wero driving, was turning a corner when it capsized, apparently as :i result of one of tho wheels mounting a traffic dome, and Iho occupants wero thrown out.
Mrs. Middleton, who is 75 years of age, sustained an injury to her arm, a cut on her forehead, several bruises, and was severely shaken. Sho was taken to tho Southland Hospital. Mr. Middleton was not injured sufficiently to necessitate his attention at the hospital.
