NEW MANAGER APPOINTED. [BY TELEGIIAPH.—OWN COIUIESPOND£NT. J DAIIGAVILLE. Thursday At a meeting of tho Dargaville Borough Council v last evening Mr. C. I. Bagby, at present manager of the Ell ham gasworks, was appointed manager of tho Dargaville works, in succession to Mr. G. J. Marriott, who has been manager for the past seven years. There were 25 applicants.
