When the Supremo Court resumed today tho Crown Prosecutor announced that George Campbell would not bo required to stand a third trial on tho charge of arson, tho juries having disagreed 011 tho first tfto occasions. Tho Solicitor-Goneral has ordered a stay of proceedings and tho prisoner has been discharged.
