AVIATION IN BRITAIN.
MUNICIPAL AERODROME. FIRST ONE AT MANCHESTER. Australian and N.Z. Press Association. LONDON, Nov. 6. The Air' Ministry has sanctioned the establishment of Britain's first municipal aiipoii at Manchester. Chat Moss, a level expanse of 260 acres, seven miles from the city, is to be used. This is described as one of the best natufal aerodromes in l lie country.
The Lord Mayor. Mr. W. Davy, says lie wants a direct, service to the Continent and will not he satisfied with a mere linking up with Croydon.
