For failing to notify the post and telegrapli authorities of the removal of his radio receiving set to his new address, when ho recently removed from Auckland to Pukckohe, J. S. Wells, who appeared in the Magistrate's Court to-day, was fined 10s, and 10s costs. It was staled that tho law required notification to be made when a radio receiving set was taken from its registered address and re-erected elsewhere. Defendant had overlooked this requirement.
