SERIOUS CHARGES.
RETRIAL COMMENCED. The retrial of Oswald Albert Dryland KMr. Noi'theroft) on fuic charges of indecent exposure was taken before Mr. Justice Smith in the Supreme Court yesterday. The jury paid a visit of inspection t• i tbo scene of the alleged offences. Jno defences of mistaken identity was offered against, three of the charges and in the other an innocent explanation was put forward. Tho was adjourned Until this morning.
