ELECTION OF LEADER. SUCCESSOR TO HALDANE. Australian and N.Z Press Association. LONDON. Oct. 26 The 10 Labour members of the House of Lords have unanimously elected Lord Parmoor. who was Lord President of the Council in the Labour Government in 1924. as the leader of the party in the Lords in succession to the late Viscouni Haldane.
