DELHI BOMB OUTRAGE.
TEN PERSONS KILLED. CITY IN STATE OF PANIC. Australian and N.Z. Press Association. DELHI, Oct. 25 As the result of the explosion of the bomb at Lahore yesterday, flic 15(b similar outrage, 10 persons have died and 65 were injured. The outrage is believed to have been the work of a madman. The city is panicstricken. It. has been discovered that the bomb was of the Mills type. A professor and a student at tho Orient College Hostel, which is near tho scene of the disaster, have been detained on suspicion of being concerned in the matter.
The bomb was thrown during a procession held in connection with the Ramlila. a Hindu festival. The outrage occurred at. the.Masti Gate, where 1000 persons were assembled. The victims were mostly children arid students.
