MONEY FOR BUTTER-FAT.
DISTRIBUTION IN WAIKATO.
INCREASE FOR LAST MONTH

Eleven dairy companies in tlic Waikuto which have made their pav-out figures for September available, have advanced a total of £100,047 to suppliers for the month, an increase of £28.178 over the amount paid out for the corresponding period by tho same companies last year, when advances totalling £71,869 were made.
Tlio majority of the factories making butter advanced Is 5d per lb. for butterfat, one factory paid out. Is s|d and another Is sjd per lb. The pav-out for butter-fat for cheesornaking varied between Is 6d and Is 9d per lb. Tlio figures for the New Zealand Cooperative Dairy Company, Limited, are not available.
