PARTICULARS OF WILL. ESTATE WORTH ABOUT £250,000. Particulars of the will of (.lie lato Mr. Lebbeus Hordern wore made available iri Sydney recently. Mr. Hordern left (lie whole of his estate to his trustees upon trust to pay the income thereof to his widow, Mrs. Francis May Hordern, during her life, and af'.er her death upon 1 rust for his daughters (if any), and failing daughters the estate to ho divided into three parts —one share for the son of his sister, Mrs. Olivier, one share for the daughter of his sister, Mrs. Hill, and the remaining share to be divided equally between the children of Mr. Percy S. Booth. So far as can at present be estimated the gross value of the estalu will probably bo £250,000, but this will be sub ject to the payment of stamp duly, Federal estate duty, elc., testamentary expenses, and debts and liabilities, so that no opinion can be offered at present as to what the net. value of Iho estate is iikelv to be. Mr. Hordern made no provision in his wili for his son, Lebbeus Anthony Hordorn, for the reason that the son is provided for under the will of the late Mr. Samuel Hordern, and takes the share in which hi?; father, the late Mr. Lebbeus Hordern, took a life interest.
