BANKING TRUST MONEYS. CASES AT CHRISTCHURCH. [hy TF.r.Ko na pi r.—press association ] CIITHSTCFIURCIf, Wednesday. Tu tlic Magistrate's Court to-day Percival L. C. Inder and Samuel Ernest McCarthy. of Christchureh. solicitors, were charged with not hanking certain sums ranging from CI 10s !o C 5 in a separate trust account. 'L'hcre were three separate charges against each defendant. The hearing was adjourned till Friday.
