HAMILTON STAFF CHANGES. [BV TELEGRAPH. —OWN* CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON. Wednesday. Mr. C. A. Mathieson, formerly of Napier, has taken up his duties as chief postmaster at tho Hamilton office. Mr. It. 11. Boyd, who has been appointed chief postmaster at Wellington, will leave Hamilton on Friday evening.
