STORM AT HAMILTON. WAIKATO RIVER RISING. [BY TELEGtt.vnr.—own correspondent.] HAMILTON. Thursday The house of Mr. J. W. Cole, fanner, at Horsham Downs, received tho full force of a violent storm about six o'clock this morning, which caused considerable damage Eight windows were broken and a deep depression was left in the ground. The roof of a shed in Claudelands was blown off ajid some tiles from tho roof of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church were ripped off. A brick wall 60ft. long and 4ft. high, which was under construction at tho Hamilton Technical School, was blown over. Trees were uprooted and many light structures were seriously endangered bj tho wind.
