CLAIM FOR INJUNCTION. AUTO ASSOCIATION'S SCHEME. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] CHRISTCnURCII. Wednesday. Tho Vacuum Oil Company Proprietary, Limited (Mr. A. T. Donnelly) lias applied (o the Supreme Court for an injunction against National Service .Stations, Limited, which acts as selling agents fur the Canterbury .Automobile Association's petrol, under an arrangement with the association. The Oil Company claims that National Service Stations, Limited, lias been mixing Plume motor spirit and another spirit, and selling it to the public

'1 he allegation of the Vacuum 0:1 Company is that this action by 'National Service Stations, Limited, is calculated to be prejudicial to the operations of tho company, in that the addition of its motor spirit leads the public to the belief that the association's spirit is possessed of higher qualities than is actually the case.
