MOTOR-MECHANICS' WAGES
NEARLY ALL ITEMS SETTLED. [BY TELEGRAM —rftKSS ASSOCIATION.] CHRISTCHUItCH, Monday. After sitting i» committee to-day on the dispute between motor mechanics and their employers the Conciliation Council announced that agreement had been rofichod on almost till disputed clauses in the claims. Wages, hours, and piece work are among the itemsjagreed to. Journeymen s \vagps and hours are the same as have been observed during the past two years.
