THE ONEHUNGA CLUB. Tho Onehunca Pigeon Club flew its first race of tho second series from National Park, an airline distance of 166 miles. Twelve birds flew. Results:—Messrs. I). Wallace and Son's b c Uhlan's Pride, 1236yda. per minute, 1; Mr. A. Langton's b c c Torando, 1233.7yd5., 2; Messrs. Taylor and Long's r c h Masuhoor, 1233.6yd5., 3. Messrs. The Manunui Pigeon Club held a sweepstakes race from Palmcrslon North on Saturday in fine weather. Results:—D. Andrews' Matai, velocity 1133.6yd0. per minute, 1; D. Wilson's Perfect Day. Il29.Vtyda., 2; R. Patterson's Pal o' Mine, 1228.1yd5., 3: J. "VVhittaker's Limerick, 1126.1yd5.; C. Wilson's Abbey Queen, 1110 yds,; J. Lang-well's Star Bingen, 1109 yds. The club also held a race from Levin. The birds met with very rough weather which accounted for tho slow velocity. .T. Whittaker's bird won after a rough pas. sago. Results:—.T.
