VERDICT OF MURDER.
DEATH OF A BARMAID. SYDNEY, Oct. 0. An inquest was hold to-day concerning the death of Hilda Hancock, a barmaid, whose body was discovered on September 1 in a tumbledown wash-house, at Paddington. Lying nearby was Aubrey Chapman, with his throat cut. A verdict was returned of murder against Chapman, who was committed for trial.
