NAVIES OF POWERS.
ANGLO-FRENCH AGREEMENT. REPERCUSSION IN AMERICA. 'Australian and N.Z. Press Association. WASHINGTON. Aug. 16. Officials in Washington are admittedly seriously concerned over the anti-Ameri-can implication in the agreement, and they know that this concern has been communicated to the President.
