There is a twostoreyed brick building, known for many years as Porter's block, on the property, which has a frontage to High Street of 50ft., with a depth of 81ft. and a 10ft lightwell. The plans of the purchasers have not been disclosed. The purchase price is £340 a foot on the High Street frontage.
