LITTLE MIXED GRILLS.

Half a pound of sausage?, 5 lb. tomatoes, 3 rashers of bacon, mushrooms, fried bread. Melt some bacon fat in a frying pan; fry six squares of bread in it, and keep them hot. Prick tho sausages and fry them. When they are half-cooked put in the bacon, eacli rasher cut in half, and the tomatoes halved, and a few mushrooms, if desired. Cook for a few minutes, arrange them all on a very hot dish, and servo at once. For , four to six persons.
