"THE GREATEST OF THESE—"

Sir, —From a recent request appearing in. your paper for motorists to take cripple children for a short drive about once a month, I learn with surprise that apart from the writer's reply, there were only two other offers. Such appalling lack of unselfishness and sympathy is a disgrace to the motoring public of this city, a good majority of whom are women drivers with little or nothing (of consequence} to do ail day. Surely, you women, at least, could spare a little' of your valuable time. A. day off from golf, an afternoon without bridge or gossip over the teacups, less time spent combing and bathing that yapping pom, and instead, take your car to the hospital, where you will find the opportunity of bringing a ray of sunshine into the lives of those poor little souls who cannot indulge even the simple pleasures of other children. When you return home again, you will have the satisfaction of feeling that for once you have done something really worth while. Never Too Late.
