Cameron, of Philadelphia, Dr. Easterfield, of Dunedin, Mr. R. S. Smith, of Wellington, and Mr. E. D. Fitzgerald, of Tolaga Bay, are at the Central Hotel. Mr. R. C. Clark, manager of Wesley College, Paerata, left for Wellington by train last evening. Ho is to interview the Minister of Education on matters affecting the college. The Hon. Alexander McCallum, Minister of Public Works in the Western Australian Government, is on the Niagara returning from a trip abroad. He is accompanied by Mrs. McCallum.

Mr. W. Grounds, of Hokianga, a member of the Dairy Produce Board, left last evening for Wellington, where he will attend a meeting of the board to-morrow. He expects to return to Auckland -oa Friday.
