Duo from Liverpool at four o'clock this morning the Federal Line steamer Cambridge will berth at Queen's Wharf to unload general merchandise from West Coast ports of Great Britain to the agency of tho New Zealand Shipping Company. NIAGARA IN PORT. From Vancouver, via Honolulu and Suva, the Royal Mail liuer Niagara reached Auckland yesterday afternoon and berthed at Prince's Wharf, She is to resume ler voyage to Sydney at five o'clock this evening. Except for a south-east gale, which was encountered last Friday night and continued until Saturday morning, the weather during the voyage was exceptionally fine. THE PAKEHA. THE COPENHAGEN, An expected arrival at Auckland toward the end of' next week is tho British steamer Copenhagen, with a full cargo of sulphur from Galveston, Texas. The vessel sailed from Galveston on July 9 and cleared Balboa on July 25. She will unload at Auckland, Lyllelton and Wanganui. Messrs. R. Millar and Company are the locali agents. PHOSPHATES FOR NEW ZEALAND. Henderson and Macfarlane, Limited, have received advice that the International South American Steamship Company's new steamer Benton was despatched from Ocean Island la3t Friday with 7000 tons of phosphates for discharge at Anokland. Shp is due about August 22. The Benton is cf 4385 tons gross and was built by W. Pickaagill and Sons, Limited, at Sunderland last year. Tho Weir Line motor-shin Comliebank was despatched from Nauru Island last Saturday with a full cargo of phosphates for Lyttolton, Port Chalmers and Bluff.

REMUERA DUE AT WELLINGTON. After being delayed by stormy weather the New Zealand Shipping Company's liner Remuera is expected to reach Wellington to-day with passengers, mail and cargo from London and Southampton. The cargo will be unloaded at Wellington and Auckland. and the vessel is due at at the .beginning of next week.
