[BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. ] WHANGAREI, Monday. Mr. .T. H. Luxford, S.M., presided at tho Whangarei Magistrate's Court for the first time to-day. He was welcomed by members of the legal profession and the police.
