EARTHQUAKES IN MEXICO.
GREAT DAMAGE CAUSED. VICTIMS BENEATH RUINS. SHOCKS OCCUR ON TWO DAYS. Australian Press Association—United Service (Received June 18, 5.5 p.m.) MEXICO CITY. June 17. South and Central Mexico were shaken hy earthquakes last night. Tlio shocks continued to-day. In the State of Oaxaca it is feared that a number of victims were burned beneath the ruins of their homes. Widespread damage has been done to property.
