Warnock will leave by the Aorangi to-morrow on a holiday trip. Mr. P. Hally, conciliation commissioner, left by train last evening en route to New Plymouth. Mr. and Mrs. C. Tipper, of Wellington, and Mr. arid Mrs. Bain, of Queenstown, are at the Commercial Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. R. F. Park, of Otorohanga, and Mr. and Mrs. A. Pollard, of To Awamutu, are at the Central Hotel. Sir Henry M. Scott, K.C., of Suva, who is at the Grand Hotel, will return home by the Aor.angi, leaving to-morrow. Mr. G. S. Lynde, chief mechanical engineer of the New Zealand Railways, is at the Hotel Cargen. He is accompanied by Mrs. Lynde. Mr. and Mrs. C. P. Gifford Moore, of Palmerston North, and Mr. and Mrs. D. McCorkindale, of Hamilton, are at the Hotel Cargen. Mr. G. Scott, of Christchurch, Mr. L. C. Hughes, of New Plymouth, and Mr. C. L. Wheeler, of Wellington, are at the Hotel Stonehurst. Mr. and Mrs. J. Geddis and Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Bai:rd, of Arapuni, and Mr. and Mrs. W. Speedy, of Dannevirke, are at the Star Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Campbell, of Sydney Mr. and Mrs. J. Bailey was admitted as barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court by Mr. Justice Blair on Friday, on the motion of Mr. H. L. Rees.

Major-General R. Young, General Officer Commanding the New Zealand Forces, arrived from Wellington on Saturday to attend the King's Birthday review this morning. Mr. O. A. Troup, Mayor of Wellington, arrived on Saturday to give evidence before the Auckland Transport Commission. He returned to Wellington by train last evening. Mr. H A. Bown, Mr. A. J. Hyder, and Mr. L. Freer, of Auckland, returned by the Tainui yesterday from a business visit to the United Kingdom and the Continent. He was accompanied by Mrs. Freer and their son. The Rev. C. Wliiteacre, formerly vicar of Whalev Thorn, Mansfield. Nottinghamshire, arrived from England by the Tainui yesterday. He will take charge of the parish of Eltham, Taranaki. _ Mr. Whiteacre is accompanied by his wife. Mr. and Mrs. Louis Blundell, of Wellington, and their daughter, Mrs. Noel Nelson, arrived on Saturday and are at the Grand Hotel.
