QUEENSLAND COTTON.
DAWSON VALLEY SUBDIVISION CANBERRA. June 1. The Federal Ministry has approved of the expenditure of £3,500,000 on the irrigation and subdivision into 7000 farms of Dawson Valley, Queensland, where cotton is grown successfully. The Queensland Government, which planned the scheme, announces that each farm will be capable of - supporting-five people.
