BATTLE OF JUTLAND.
TWELFTH ANNIVERSARY. ' CEREMONY AT PORTSMOUTH. British Wireless. RUGBY, May 31. The 12th anniversary of the Battle of Jutland was commemorated at Portsmouth to-day. The Commander-in-Chief, Admiral Sir Osmond Brock, and the Mayor laid wreaths on the naval war memorial and tho city cenotaph in memory of the 8648 officers and men of the British Fleet who were killed in the engagement.
