TREATY TO OUTLAW WAR.

REPLIES TO INVITATION. DOMINION AND FREE STATE. UNQUALIFIED ACCEPTANCE,. Australian and N.Z. Press Association. (Received June 1, 5.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, May 31. The Governments of New Zealand and the Irish Free State have replied to the American Note inviting them to become parties to the proposed treaty outlawing war, but their replies have been so far withheld from publication. They were understood to be unqualified acceptances. The State Department has also had a reply from Canada and it is understood to be favourable to the proposal. It will bo published on Saturday. The replies from the other British Dominions are expected to be received within the next few days.
