Sir—l see in the opening report of this society that a selection committee is advocated ' before members forward their work to other centres. lhis, T think, would not work very well, for probably what would pass one society would nut pass another. It seems strange, but it is nevertheless true. No, I think the council mav very well rest on their oais and be satisfied with the way have treated their members in this year s exhibition.
