INCIDENT AT NORTH COTE. COURT DISMISSES CHARGE. Suspected of having upset the Auckland Harbour Board's bookstall on the wharf sit Northcote a fortnight ago, Lee Trcvclyn Devlin, a young man, •tvas charged in the Police Court yesterday with committing mischief by damaging the stall to the extent of 305..
