MINISTERS' MOVEMENTS.
MR. COATES IN AUCKLAND, Tlio Prime Minister, Mr. Coates, will arrive in Auckland by (lie limited express this morning, and will be in the city for a few days. To-morrow he will perform the official opening ceremony of St. Peter s Rural Training School for Maori oovs at Northcote. Mr. Coates will be accompanied bv Mr. F. D. Thomson, head of the Prime Minister's department, and Mr. T. R. Aickin,. private secretary. Sir Francis Bell will arrive in Auckland this morning to attend a meeting o? the Executive Council.
