WILLIAM HEUGHAN.
Mr. William Heughan will give his second and final concert iri the Town Hal! next Saturday evening. One of London's leading critics classes Mr. Heughan as "an out of the way singer," while the New York World says "he is not like any other." He has an exceptionally fine bass voice and at Monday's recital received many encores. Miss Gladys Sayer, who is a capable accompanist, is equally good in her solo items, whdo the 'cellist, Miss Maude Bell, is also very popular.
